Privacy Policy
Who We Are
This is the website of ZMIGRODZKA ARTISTS, a boutique classical music management agency founded by Gabriela Żmigrodzka. The site is operated by Fundacja Żmigrodzkich, ul. Jana Heweliusza 11/811, 80-890 Gdańsk, Poland (KRS 0001135392) — the data controller for the purposes of this policy. This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it.
What We Collect
We collect two kinds of data: what you choose to give us through our contact form (your name, email address, and the content of your message), and — only if you accept analytics cookies when prompted — anonymised visit statistics collected via Google Analytics. See "Analytics" below for details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, roughly how visitors arrive, and general location and device information. This only happens if you accept analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit; nothing is loaded or sent to Google before you do. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Your stored preference also expires automatically after six months, after which you will be asked to make this choice again.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes data including your IP address (which Google may use to derive an approximate location before discarding it), device and browser information, and the pages you visit on this site. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the contact-form data described above.
The retention period for user-level and event-level data subject to Google Analytics' data-retention controls is configured to 14 months. This setting does not determine the lifetime of analytics cookies or necessarily apply to all aggregated reports.
You can find more about how Google processes this data at policies.google.com/privacy, and opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using Google's browser opt-out add-on.
Website Hosting and Server Logs
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
When you access our website, the hosting provider processes technical information necessary to deliver the requested pages and maintain the security and reliability of the service. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested pages or files, browser information, and technical request data.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is ensuring the secure and reliable operation of our website.
Server-log retention is determined by the applicable IONOS hosting configuration. Further details are available in IONOS's privacy documentation.
IONOS WebAnalytics
This website uses IONOS WebAnalytics to obtain statistical information about website visits and improve its technical performance.
According to IONOS, WebAnalytics processes technical access information, including requested pages, access times, browser and device information, referring URLs and anonymised IP-address information.
IONOS states that WebAnalytics does not use cookies and that IP addresses are anonymised after transmission.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is analysing website usage and maintaining and improving the performance of our website.
Further information is available in the IONOS WebAnalytics documentation.
How We Use It
Information submitted through the contact form is sent directly to our email inbox for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. It is not stored in a database, added to a mailing list, or shared with any third party.
How Long We Keep It
We retain enquiry emails only for as long as needed to handle the correspondence, and delete them once they are no longer relevant.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at gabriela@zmigrodzka.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl), or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
Embedded Videos
Some artist pages include videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube when you open the page: each video appears as a placeholder, and the player is only loaded — from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), operated by Google — if you click play. At that point your IP address and browser information are sent to Google, and Google may set cookies or similar identifiers. If you prefer not to, do not click play; the "Watch on YouTube" link likewise leads to YouTube only when you follow it.
Web Fonts
This website displays its typefaces — Garamond Premier Pro and Neue Haas Grotesk Text — using Adobe Fonts, loaded automatically from Adobe's own servers (use.typekit.net) on every visit, for every visitor. This is not gated by the cookie banner and does not depend on any choice you make there: declining or withdrawing analytics consent does not disable it.
To do this, your browser automatically sends your IP address and technical information about your browser to Adobe, which may transfer this data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Adobe Fonts does not use cookies to do this and does not track you across other websites; we do not use it to identify you personally.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is presenting this website's design and typography consistently and reliably for every visitor — a basic, non-tracking display function that doesn't call for a separate decision from you the way analytics does. You have the right to object to this processing at any time; see "Your Rights" above for how to contact us. You can read how Adobe processes this data at adobe.com/privacy/policy.
Changes to This Policy
This policy was last updated on 9 October 2026 to: remove the reference to a language-preference cookie, which this site no longer sets, since your choice of English or Polish is now determined only by which page you are on, not by a cookie; add disclosures for website hosting and server logs, and for IONOS WebAnalytics, both active on this site; record that Google Analytics' data-retention period is configured to 14 months; and explain that stored cookie-consent preferences now expire automatically after six months.
Updated again on 9 October 2026: Adobe Fonts now loads automatically for every visitor on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) rather than your consent — see "Web Fonts" above. The cookie-consent banner now concerns Google Analytics only; declining or withdrawing consent no longer affects the site's typefaces.
If we introduce additional tracking or other data uses in the future, we will update this policy to reflect that before any such tool goes live.
