ZMIGRODZKA ARTISTS is a boutique artist management agency representing exceptional classical musicians — from emerging talents to established artists with distinctive careers.

We are not interested in building a large roster. We are interested in artists who have something of their own to say.

That is why every collaboration is personal. We take the time to understand each artist — their identity, ambitions and the direction in which they want to grow — and build the strategy, relationships and opportunities around them.

We work closely with orchestras, festivals, concert halls, opera houses and cultural institutions in Poland and internationally, combining the personal approach of a boutique agency with an international perspective and a long-term vision for each artist’s career.

Based in Gdańsk, ZMIGRODZKA ARTISTS works across Poland and the wider European classical music scene.

Our Mission

We believe that good artist management begins with understanding who an artist really is.

We do not believe in imposing a single path or fitting musicians into a predetermined model. Our role is to recognise what makes each artist distinctive and help turn that individuality into a meaningful and sustainable career.

That means more than securing engagements. It means thinking carefully about the next step, developing the right professional relationships, finding the right artistic partners and creating opportunities that matter not only now, but in the years ahead.

We like working with artists who are ambitious, courageous and curious about where their careers can take them.

Our role is to give them the tools, connections and support they need to move forward — on their own terms.

Founder

Gabriela Żmigrodzka

Gabriela Żmigrodzka is the founder of ZMIGRODZKA ARTISTS and brings more than 11 years of experience in artist management.

Coming from a classical music background and having experienced life on stage herself, Gabriela understands both the artistic ambitions of musicians and the realities behind building a professional career.

What drives her most is working closely with exceptional people. She loves discovering talented artists, understanding what makes each of them unique and becoming part of their journey.

Her philosophy is rooted in a simple belief:

“Talent is only the beginning. With the right guidance, tools, opportunities and support, an artist can go much further than they may initially imagine.”

Alongside ZMIGRODZKA ARTISTS, Gabriela is also the Co-Founder and General Manager of Nie | Romantyczni, giving her further experience in developing artistic projects from both a creative and organisational perspective.
